Get Started! Get Motivated!

It is not at all difficult to start a diet that will radically change the way you look, but the hardest thing is to keep yourself motivated along the way and make sure that you do not give up until you reach the goal you set for yourself. Always remember that nothing is impossible and that everything you set your mind to can be attainable. Good things come not to those who wait, but to those who work their asses off and never give up. There are several ways to keep yourself motivated for a longer period of time, but the most relevant is training your mind, as everything starts from uphere and disperses into the whole body. Always keep in mind that real life begins where your comfort zone ends. So get out of your comfort zone, but most of all from your comfy couch where you're reading this article from, find out what motivates you and do something to feel good about yourself! This also helped me and I guess could help you too! Below I will share with you some tips that will definitely motivate you to attain a lean body, hit the gym, maintain a good health and keep yourself happy!!! - Think of foods you can have not the other way round. - Stick a poster with a hot celebrity you admire and keep telling yourself "this is how I want to look 6 months from now". - Take it one step at a time and set yourself short term achievable goals, in order to attain what you want; respecting a diet entails making real lifestyle changes and does not happen over night. - Expect setbacks, as temptations arise, especially on weekends; you can cheat, but do not over do it! - Always start new resolutions on Monday, especially if you were a cheater on weekends; as the week begins you have 7 whole days to stick to your goal; if you're sick of starting over, you have to stop quitting. - Forget about perfection! If you spoiled yourself with caloric boom, do not take it as a failure and give up, but always think tomorrow is a new healthier day and start over. Always choose the correct path and that is the one to success. - Be your own cheerleader and set weekly attainable goals; you can write them on stickers and put them on your desk, mirror, laptop. Your biggest limitations come from your mind not from your body, if the mind strongly believes you can achieve a goal, your body will comply and achieve it! - When your whole body aches and you're all sweaty you know you're doing something right, so don't give up! - Workout, feel good and keep motivated! Eat clean, train mean, get lean!
